This heritage estate was abandoned, left to the elements. Owner, Debi Fleming, and family found this diamond in the rough and immediately started applying elbow grease.

Forever Home Farm is the oldest, documented home in Transylvania County. County Court Records have parcel documents dating back to the 1800’s.

Forever Home has pioneer spirit, hand hewn logs, and is located in a valley carved out by two ancient rivers. When visiting the property you can imagine previous hands that harvested timber, and earthy offerings that give Forever Home Farm a timeless beauty.

Our heritage estate is now home to many rescued animals, and has the grit and glamour that captivates the vigor and grace of equestrian elegance.
